Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10:12 a.m.

March 7th, at 6:38pm, a male entered the Exxon gas station at the corner of N Freya St and W Alki Ave. He displayed a handgun and demanded money. The clerks fled and the robber grabbed items from behind the counter. He then fled the scene on foot. Arriving officers set up a perimeter and a K9 track was conducted. Several items belonging to the suspect were recovered, but the suspect was not found.

Fortunately, no one was injured in this incident and Spokane Police want to remind everyone that property can be replaced, but lives are irreplaceable.
