Halloween became an extra special day for Jeremiah, who was turning 4 years old. A birthday request was made to have vehicle’s drive past his residence in north Spokane for a birthday celebration. The community came together and over a dozen Police vehicles, several Fire trucks, tow trucks, a motorcycle club and several other citizens drove by Jeremiah’s residence to wish him a happy birthday. Jeremiah, dressed in his Firefighter outfit, stood outside his residence and was excited to see all the people who showed to help him celebrate.
Later this week Jeremiah and his family will be traveling to the other side of the state to have major surgery. Jeremiah will need to have his airway rebuilt, will be on a ventilator and be in a coma for some time. Jeremiah’s mother wanted to have the community pray for Jeremiah’s healing and recovery.
A GoFundMe account was set up to help the family with all of the upcoming bills.
