Spokane Police are advising of road closures for the morning of July 5th due to collision investigations. 

Starting at about 3:30 AM, two local arterials will be closed for at least the early part of the morning commute. 

Ash street will be closed from Rowan avenue to Queen Avenue until most likely 6:00 AM while SPD MCU (Major Crimes Unit)  traffic investigators work the scene of an Auto Pedestrian collision that resulted in a fatality. 

Mission Avenue will be closed from Regal to Lacey until at least 6:30 AM while SPD Patrol and investigators work the scene of an auto pedestrian collision that resulted in life threatening injuries. 

Please use alternative routes as these roads are completely blocked at this time.
