Hill has been located and is safe. 

Original Release: 

SPD asking for public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person

43-year-old Charles Hill left a care facility on 12-22-22. He was last seen in the 1700 block of W Mallon Ave at approximately 3:00PM yesterday afternoon (12-22).

Hill was not dressed for the weather and has health history which puts him at risk.

Hill is a white male, 5’10, and weighs approximately 170lbs. (see attached photo). If you have seen Hill please call crime check at 509-456-2233. If you know Hill’s current whereabouts please call 911 and, if possible, keep him in sight until first responders arrive.
