Working with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement has contacted Miguel.

We are pleased to relay he has been safely located and connected with family.

SPD appreciates the tips and community concern regarding this missing persons case.

Original Release 3/21/23:

SPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing adult

Miguel (64) was last seen going to work near the 600 block of N. Havana St, around 1:00 pm. Family called 911 after he never showed up for his scheduled events in the evening. Miguel is 5’10 and approximately 238 lbs, he was last seen wearing plaid flannel, white shirt and green pants. Family said Miguel is a diabetic and insulin dependent.

Garcia was driving a silver 2011 Jeep Patriot with WA plate #BHD6587.

Below is a photo of Miguel, who now has a full goatee. Also, a photo of the type of vehicle he was last seen driving.

A silver alert is being activated. Spokane Police Department is asking for any help from the community to locate Miguel or his vehicle. Please call 911 or crime check (509-456-2233).
