Two Deceased After Late Night Shooting

Last night, just after 11:00pm, Spokane Police responded to several reports of gunshots heard in the area of Cleveland and Cuba. Officers arriving on scene found an adult male and an adult female deceased in the area. Police are asking for any witnesses or those who may have surveillance footage who have not been contacted, please call Crime Check.

On December 8, 2023, just after 11:00pm, Spokane Police Officers responded to several reports of multiple gunshots heard in the area of Cleveland and Cuba in northeast Spokane. Arriving officers found an adult male deceased in a vehicle as well as a deceased adult female in the road nearby.

The Major Crimes Unit responded and is currently investigating. The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the identities of the two deceased individuals as well as the cause/manner of death. Any witnesses or anyone who has surveillance footage from the area who have not already been contacted by officers are asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
