What's Happening Now

The City has completed the Public Comment Period, during which the Plan Commission held a substantive workshop discussing the project. City staff is currently compiling all comments received on this project and preparing a staff report outlining the proposal and its relation to the Approval Criteria for Comprehensive Plans. Once the staff report is complete, it will be provided here prior to any hearings on the proposal. A Plan Commission hearing will then be scheduled for their consideration of all six applications this year. Check back here for announcements regarding that hearing, expected to be held in early October.
