How can I pay my City utility bill?

City Utility Accounts with past due balances should be paid at the My Spokane counter on the first floor of City Hall, 808 W Spokane Falls Blvd.

Online

To pay your bill online through the City's eBill service, you will need to create an account with the City of Spokane. Go to eBill to create an account. Have a copy of your utility bill handy to complete the sign up information. Please note: Online account requests are approved and made available within two business days. If you don't receive a confirmation within two business days, please email ubill@spokanecity.org.

Once you have an account, you will have access to the following:

  • Previous statements
  • Detailed information on charges, payments, and more
  • Make payments online free of charge with your credit/debit card (MasterCard or Visa only)

Setting up automatic electronic payments

You can set up an automatic payment for your City of Spokane utility bill from your checking account, otherwise known as ACH (Automatic Clearinghouse). • Once the checking or savings account information is verified, your automatic payments will begin with your next billing cycle.
  • You will receive your bill at the same time each month.
  • Each month, your payment will be deducted from your bank account on the bill due date.
  • If your financial institution returns your payment for any reason, you will be billed additional charges or fees.
  • Automatic payment arrangements may be cancelled at any time by you or the City of Spokane.
