2024 youth scholarships are now available thanks to the Spokane Parks Foundation! Camps available for scholarships are the Youth and Teen Outdoor Adventure Summer Camp and Youth NFL Flag Football. Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis and the number of passes issued will be limited by the amount of donated funds.
The City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department partners with the USA Swimming Foundation Make a Splash program and the Spokane Parks Foundation to provide free swim lessons to youth! These lessons are available at A.M. Cannon, Hillyard, and Liberty Aquatic Centers for the summer season. Visit our Aquatics Scholarships page for more information.
