Commercial Rates

Smaller Capacity Dumpsters

We provide these dumpsters at no charge; you pay for the service determined by how much garbage you have picked up. The monthly rates listed below are based off of one dumpster picked up one time per week. The rate for additional service can be determined by multiplying the rate below by the number of pickups per week.

Cubic Yard Rates

• 1 Cubic Yard Dumpster – $116.48 each per month
• 2 Cubic Yard Dumpster – $232.94 each per month
• 3 Cubic Yard Dumpster – $349.44 each per month
• 4 Cubic Yard Dumpster – $465.92 each per month
• 6 Cubic Yard Dumpster – $698.86 each per month

Roll Off Dumpsters

We provide 20 and 30 yard roll off dumpsters at no charge; you only pay for the haul fee and weight each time it is emptied.

• $132.62 per ton* at the Waste-to-Energy Facility. Minimum weight charge is $21.67.
• $125.40 per ton* at either Transfer Station. Minimum weight charge is $20.00. Please visit Spokane County's website for more information on transfer station rates.

*1 ton = 2,000 lbs. Weight is billed in 20 lb. increments.

Small Capacity Compactors

The City of Spokane Solid Waste Department does not issue compactors but we do provide the service to haul them. You need to purchase a compactor from a private vendor. The monthly rates listed below are based off of one compactor picked up one time per week. The rate for additional service can be determined by multiplying the rate below by the number of pickups per week.

Cubic Yard Rates

• 1 Cubic Yard Compactor – $225.09 each per month
• 2 Cubic Yard Compactor – $450.20 each per month
• 3 Cubic Yard Compactor – $675.28 each per month
• 4 Cubic Yard Compactor – $900.38 each per month
• 5 Cubic Yard Compactor – $1,125.47 each per month
• 6 Cubic Yard Compactor – $1,350.55 each per month

Large Scale Compactors
