Major work on Lincoln/Monroe Street on the South Hill officially wraps up with a public celebration Saturday.

  • WHERE: Rosauers Parking Lot (14th Avenue & Lincoln Street)

Major construction shut down Lincoln/Monroe Street from 7th-17th Avenues in August. The project included reconstruction of the well-traveled roadway as well as major updates to utilities, sidewalks, lighting, stormwater management and landscaping.
