Parking meters don’t have to be plugged on Wednesday, Nov. 11, because of the Veterans Day holiday. City Hall and other City facilities remain closed as part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, but City staff remain available that day for regular work activities. For more information on City’s service changes, visit our web site.

Garbage pickup and curbside recycling collection will proceed on a normal schedule the week of Veterans Day. The City’s Waste to Energy Facility will be open.

Spokane Public Library branches are open by appointment only. Customers can reserve a 30-minute Computer Appointment or a Grab-N-Go Appointment on the library web site. Curbside Pickup is also available.
