If you have questions about SPD's complaint process, the answers are available in a brochure on the Police web page. We've addressed the common questions citizens have about filing a complaint with the department. Citizen complaint forms are available in at the Public Safety Building and on the website in several languages: English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
The Spokane Police Department welcomes inquiries from the community concerning the performance of our employees. Investigation of these situations often allows us to assess the actions of our employees with the ultimate objective of improving service to our citizens. We strive to make Spokane a safe and enjoyable place to live and work. Community feedback is important to us.
