Most park restrooms to close September 3

11:01 a.m. - Restrooms in most City of Spokane parks will close for the season on Tuesday, September 3, the day after Labor Day.

Aug. 28

Field renovations underway at Franklin Park

12:49 p.m. - Work is underway at the Franklin Park Softball Complex that will result in major improvements to the fields themselves.

Pig Out in the Park opens today

10:35 a.m. - Pig Out in the Park, the annual food and music extravaganza in Spokane’s Riverfront Park over Labor Day weekend, opens today.

Final Doggie Dip tonight, 5-8 pm

11:47 a.m. - Final Parks and Recreation Doggie Dip , tonight, Hillyard Aquatic Center - 5 to 8 pm.
