Spokane County residents can apply for, renew, or replace their Concealed Pistol Licenses through our online services. If you need assistance, or don't have a computer, we have computers available for public use at the Public Safety Building (1100 W Mallon Ave) or Spokane Valley Precinct (12710 E Sprague Ave). This section provides everything you need to know about the application process, fingerprinting, and payment options.
Residents of Spokane County can apply online for original, renewal, or replacement Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPLs).
Original Concealed Pistol License applications require fingerprinting. There will be a prompt at the end of your application process to schedule them.
