Licenses and Permits

Spokane County residents can apply for, renew, or replace their Concealed Pistol Licenses through our online or in-person services. This section provides everything you need to know about the application process, fingerprinting, and payment options.

Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPLs)

Residents of Spokane County can apply online for original, renewal, or replacement Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPLs).

Concealed pistol license fingerprints must be processed as part of your Original Concealed Pistol License application and there will be a prompt at the end of your application process to schedule them.

Fingerprint Services (excludes CPL)

For general fingerprinting (NOT Concealed Pistol License fingerprinting), please apply on the Spokane County Sheriff's website

Important Info

• You must live in Spokane County to apply. Applications from other counties will be withdrawn. Out-of-state residents may apply as nonresidents.
• The online system accepts credit/debit cards only. Cash/check payments must be made in person at:
  Public Safety Building
  1100 W. Mallon Ave
  Spokane, WA 99260
• Fingerprint appointments can be scheduled online or at the time of in-person payment.
