Police arrest subject for Occupied, Interrupted Burglary

1 p.m. - Spokane Police arrested 28 year-old Benjamin Harrison after an in-home caregiver interrupted him while he was burglarizing a home.

July 23

Major Crimes detectives investigating house fire as homicide

8 a.m. - Police are investigating a fire where two bodies were discovered early this morning. Detectives are investigating this incident as a homicide.

July 19

Spokane Police arrest pharmacy tech pill thief

11 a.m. - Police arrested Paul A Martsin, a pharmacist technician at SHMC after he was witnessed on surveillance cameras stealing from the hospital pharmacy.

Two people in custody for early morning robbery

10 a.m. - Two people are in custody for two counts of First Degree Robbery each for a robbery that occurred early this morning.

SVCGET arrest results in 188 month sentence

10 a.m. - 34 year old, Danial J. Dublin, was sentenced to 188 months in prison after arrest and investigation by Spokane Violent Crime Gang Enforcement Team.

July 16

Worldwide effort brings wanted fugitive back to Spokane

11 a.m. - A local man wanted on felony charges was extradited back to Spokane from the Republic of Georgia on July 15th.

July 15

Male in custody after burglary and brief pursuit

8 a.m. - Patrol officers responded to a residential burglary in the 1000 block of W 11th just before 3:30 a.m. and apprehended Charles M. Chatburn.

Spokane MCU and SWAT execute three search warrants

11 a.m. - Spokane Police Major Crimes Detectives and SWAT executed three search warrants as part of their investigation into recent robberies on the South Hill.

Two arrested following robbery, pursuit and PIT maneuver

8 a.m. - Spokane Police arrested two people after one pointed a gun at an employee at a Shadle Wal-Mart.
