Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives are looking to the public for the following information as they investigate the homicide of Doug Carlile, occurring on 12/15/13.

  • Detectives would like to make contact with investors (both past and present) in Doug Carlile’s company, Kingdom Dynamics Enterprises, Inc.
  • Detectives are looking for information on the vehicle of interest in this investigation (photo attached). The vehicle is believed to be a mid-1990s Chevy van with a possible custom extension.
