Incident #: 14-12464

Last night around 6:30 pm, Spokane Police officers responded to a report of an assault in the 200 block of W. Riverside Ave. The report indicated that a man had hit another person's vehicle and the two were now arguing. When officers responded, they located the two males, still arguing. One of the males, identified as Curtis W. Bunch, had jumped in front of the complainant's vehicle and kicked it. Bunch was arrested for Harassment. While being placed under arrest, Bunch fought with officers and kicked one officer in the leg and hit one officer in the face. Neither Officer sustained significant injuries. Bunch was transported to jail and once there, Bunch also fought with jail staff.

Bunch was booked into jail for one count of Harassment and two counts of 3rd Degree Assault.
