City, SPD deliver one year update to Use of Force Commission

5:29 p.m. - Mayor Condon and Chief Straub will deliver a 1 year update to the Use of Force Commission Thursday, 03- 27-2014 at 1:00 pm in City Council Chambers

SPD Detectives investigate armed robbery

4:15 p.m. - Spokane Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred this afternoon at a N. Spokane ice cream shop.

Police arrest armed car-jacking suspect; search for second suspect

12:30 p.m. - Police are investigating a car-jacking at gunpoint in north Spokane that occurred last night. Officers located the vehicle and arrested the suspect.

Prolific thief arrested after foot pursuit

11:30 a.m. - Spokane Police arrested a prolific thief with six felony convictions, 28-year-old Michael A. Harris, after officers located him in a stolen vehicle.
