The Spokane Police Department is holding an advanced K9 handler school today at the Spokane Police Training Center. The school includes helicopter and water rescue training.

The Spokane Police Department is once again hosting an Advanced K9 Handler School at the Spokane Police Training Center. Training starts today at 9 a.m. Handlers from as far away as Canada will be participating in today's training. Media wanting to observe the training are asked to be at the training center at 9:30 a.m. Training is on the “Island”, so once on Waterworks, take a left at the water department facility. I will be there to assist with media.
