Two suspects are Repeat Offenders, convicted felons

Spokane Police have arrested Christopher L. Olson (34) and Brandon K. Hutchinson (30) after the two crashed a vehicle in Browne's Addition, fled, and one burglarized a home and assaulted an officer. The two are Repeat Offenders and convicted felons.
The two individuals arrested in relation to the today’s collision, burglary and assault on an officer in Browne’s Addition are identified as nine-time convicted felon, Christopher L. Olson (34) and eleven-time convicted felon Brandon K. Hutchinson (30).
Olson was arrested for Attempt to Elude.
Hutchinson was arrested for 1st Degree Assault, 1st Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and unrelated warrants.
Both were booked into the Spokane County Jail.
Additional charges are anticipated.
Additionally, it was reported by several media outlets that officers were engaged in a pursuit with the two suspects.
To clarify, the officer initiated a traffic stop, the suspects fled, and the officer did not pursue. The suspects later crashed their vehicle near the 1800 block of W. 1st.
