William Ringer was taken into custody by Lake County Sheriff Deputies with out incident in California. Early reports lead us to believe the media coverage in Spokane played a huge role in his surrender, circumventing an incident in Spokane.

At approximately 9:30 a.m. today the Spokane Police Department responded to SCC on a report of a threat to attack the campus.
