Spokane Police Patrol Officers arrested Levi C. Quinn (28) early this morning for the robbery last night of 40 Below in the 1900 block of west Francis. He was booked into Spokane County Jail for 1st Degree Armed Robbery.

Spokane Police responded to a call of an armed robbery just before 5:30pm last night, Jan. 26, 2016, at 40 Below in the 1900 block of west Francis. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5’6”, medium build, unshaven, wearing a black sweatshirt with a handgun tucked into his waistband. The suspect pulled up his sweatshirt, displayed the handgun, and demanded cash from the clerk. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officers were able to develop suspect and suspect vehicle information from video surveillance in the area. That information was disseminated to patrol officers working last night. Ofc. David Stone spotted the suspect vehicle in a parking lot at Market and Garland at approximately 12:30am. Quinn was taken into custody near that location without incident just after 4:00am.

Quinn will be in court today at 1:30pm.
