3:10 p.m. - Spokane Police Patrol Officers arrested four different suspects in four different property crime incidents yesterday.
4:34 p.m. - Spokane Police officers responded to the intersection of Ash and Queen just after 1:00 p.m. on 02/21/16.
3:08 p.m. - Car prowler booked for 2nd Assault on 2/18/16 had just been released 2/14/16 after SPD booked him that day for Poss.of a Stolen Vehicle.
5:46 p.m. - The first callers reported a male attacking a car. Additional callers described a road rage incident where several vehicles were struck by one driver.
8:21 p.m. - Spokane Police responded to the report of a suspicious bag hanging off a walkway over Lincoln St. between 4th and 5th near Deaconess Hospital.

1:11 p.m. - Patrol Officers from SPD tracked footprints in the fresh snow early this morning to make quick arrests in two different property crimes cases.
7:10 p.m. - The male’s mother called 911 and said her son was armed with a knife and was going to kill himself.
