Shooting at Magnolia and Broad

Yesterday evening at 4:42pm, Spokane Police were dispatched to a house in the area of N Magnolia St and W Broad Ave for a shooting. Officers arrived within minutes and found there had been an argument between two acquaintances. At some point during the argument, bear mace was sprayed and a firearm was discharged. One subject fled the area, but was located at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm. Officers responded to the hospital and all involved parties are accounted for. The subject with the gunshot wound is expected to survive. Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit are on scene and continuing the investigation.
