Spokane Police arrest Felony Hit and Run driver who injured two people.

Today October 20, just after 11:00AM, the Spokane Fire Department and the Spokane Police Department responded to the report of an injury crash in the 5200 block of S Regal St. The driver of a 2016 Corvette turned into the oncoming lane of travel striking a Saturn SUV. The driver of the Corvette, later identified as 36 year old Kristopher W. Riley, fled the scene on foot leaving his passenger trapped inside the car. The passenger of the Corvette and the driver of the Saturn were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Spokane Police Major Crimes Unit (MCU) crash investigators responded to the scene for the crash. The roadway remained closed for several hours during the investigation.

Riley was later located and arrested. Riley was booked into the Spokane County Jail for two counts of Vehicular Assault and two counts of Felony Hit and Run.
