The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has once again located subjects wanted for murder in Spokane. On the heels of locating Daniel Bray, a male wanted for murder charges out of Federal Way, SIU arrested 38-year-old Shantel Flores on May 4th near Wellesley and Belt on Spokane’s North side. Flores was wanted for homicide charges stemming from an incident that took place in Okanogan County.
SIU Detectives located Flores and took her into custody without issue. Flores was briefly held at the Spokane County Jail before being transported to Okanogan County.
During the last week of April, SIU Detectives located and arrested 25-year-old Kassey Trump. Trump was wanted for Negligent Homicide charges out of Montana.
SPD is proud of the continual excellent work of the SIU Team as well as SPD K9 and the Air Support Unit in their efforts locating fugitives in the Spokane area.
