This project is a 2018/2019 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment Application.

Proposal Description

This proposal is to change two parcels currently zoned RMF (Residential Multifamily) to O-35 (Office). This proposal would change the Land Use Plan Map from “Residential 15 to 30 units per acre” to “Office.” This proposal is located on the southeast corner of E Hartson Ave and S Sherman St. The address of the proposal is: 701-707 S Sherman St (Parcel Numbers 35203.0101 and 35203.0102).
