This project is a 2018/2019 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment Application.

Proposal Description

This proposal is to change three parcels currently zoned RSF (Residential Single-Family) to O-35 (Office). This proposal would change the Land Use Plan Map from “Residential 4 to 10 units per acre” to “Office.” This proposal is located on the northeast corner of W Princeton Ave and N Madison St. The address of the proposal is: 4502-4508 N Madison St and 4601 N Monroe St (Parcel Numbers 35062.3610, 35062.3609, and 35062.3619).
