This project is a 2018/2019 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment Application.

Proposal Description

This proposal is to change one parcel of property currently zoned RMF (Residential Multifamily) to GC-70 (General Commercial). This proposal would change the Land Use Plan Map from “Residential 15 to 30 units per acre” to “General Commercial.” This proposal is located northeast of Garland & Division, between BA Clark and Byrne parks.
