This project is a 2018/2019 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment Application.

Location

The existing locations of General Commercial land use designation and other areas in the city of Spokane may be viewed at the MapSpokane site, under the “Planning” and “Landuse Plan” layers: maps.spokanecity.org

Proposal Description

This proposal is to update and clarify Policy LU 1.8, General Commercial Uses, of Chapter 3 – Land Use of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Policy LU 1.8 gives guidance to the Plan Commission and staff when there is interest in pursuing a land use plan map change to General Commercial.
