Northwest and Audubon-Downriver Neighborhood Planning

History

In 2007 the City of Spokane allocated $550,000 for the purposes of helping each of the neighborhoods develop their own neighborhood plans, resulting in approximately $21,150 for each neighborhood. In 2017 the City initiated the process for the Northwest and Audubon-Downriver neighborhoods in coordination with the Neighborhood Council.
