Residential Rebates

Smart Water Monitors

Smart water monitors allow property owners to track and analyze their water usage using their smartphone. They report real-time water usage by fixture type and identify abnormal water usage patterns. Smart water monitors save water by detecting leaks and providing customers with detailed water usage data to inform decisions on water efficiency.

For a limited time only, residential customers can get Flume for only $24 (reg. $149) after a rebate from the City of Spokane. A limited number of Flume Smart Home Water Monitors are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

High-Efficiency Toilet

The largest amount of water used inside your home–about 30%–goes toward flushing the toilet. But how much water your toilet actually needs to flush properly is less than you think! Get up to $100 for replacing an older toilet with a new 0.8 GPF WaterSense® labeled toilet. Dual flush toilets do not qualify for a rebate.

Spray-to-Drip Conversion

Receive up to $200 for replacing your operational sprinklers in planter beds and hedges with highly efficient drip irrigation that delivers water directly to the plants.

Irrigation Controller

Up to 83% of Spokane's entire residential water supply is applied to home landscapes, yet many landscapes are overwatered due to sprinkler controllers that are not programmed properly. Get up to $100 back for the installation of an EPA WaterSense® certified smart weather-based controller.

High-Efficiency Rotary Nozzles

High-efficiency rotating nozzles save water by applying water more slowly and uniformly, minimizing run-off and encourage healthy plant growth. Receive up to $4/ nozzle, up to $200 per household.

SpokaneScape Lawn Replacement

Get up to $500 for replacing your lawn with water wise plants and mulch.

Irrigation Controller

Get up to $500 for the installation of an EPA WaterSense® certified smart weather-based controller.

High-Efficiency Rotary Nozzles

High-efficiency sprinkler nozzles save water by applying water more slowly and uniformly, minimizing run-off. Receive $4/ nozzle, up to $200 per account.

SpokaneScape Lawn Replacement

Get up to $2,500 for replacing your lawn with water wise plants, smart irrigation and mulch.

Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller

Annual water savings with a new Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller can be as much as 800,000 gallons. Automated monitoring and control are the keys to maintaining cooling system efficiency. By accurately transmitting information to the valves that control the amount of blow down (water drained from the cooling tower reservoir) and subsequent makeup water, a conductivity controller can dramatically reduce operating expenses.

Get up to $695 for installing a Conductivity Controller or a Sub-Meter for Cooling Tower water measurement.
