Fun and adventure awaits as you paddle your tandem sit-on-top kayak! These boats are an amazing way to enjoy nature in Spokane! We'll provide the guides, kayaks, paddles, personal floatation devices (life jacket), signaling device, and small dry bags.
The Little Spokane River provides a breathtaking paddle through a protected natural area home to deer, moose, osprey, waterfowl, fish and so much more. Don't miss this 6-mile journey on the meandering cool waters of this unique free flowing river. *Discover Pass required.
Let the sights and sounds of nature surround you on this tour through the preserved Riverside State Park! This gentle stretch of river will slowly help us towards the take-out. *Discover Pass required.
This up and back trip is a fan favorite! Experience Riverside State Park from the water and keep an eye out for moose. If you'd like, we'll beach our kayaks and stop at deep creek for a short hike! *Discover Pass required.
This adventure takes you on a tour along the forested Centennial Trail into the urban outdoors, viewing spectacular river homes, wildlife and soaking up the cool morning waters.
Kayak beside towering cottonwood trees, train trestles and arched bridges into downtown Spokane. What a unique experience to kayak in the city! This mostly flatwater paddle has two small rapids, this is an amazing adventure right in your backyard.

We will explore Gardner Cave on a guided educational walking tour of a 1,055-foot limestone cavern. This cave is filled with stalactites, stalagmites, rim stone pools and flowstone. After the cave we will embarking on our kayak tour exploring this beautiful flat-water section of the Pend Oreille River.
Experience the beautiful undeveloped channeled scabland lake at Fish Trap! As the moon rises, we will paddle the quiet water awestruck by the magnificence of the lunar light. *Discover Pass required.

December – March
These tours are great for beginners or those who have snowshoeing experience. We'll provide the guides, snowshoes, and poles!

During the guided tour you will travel on snowshoe trails through the snow-covered trees and hills around Mount Spokane. What a great winter sport!
We'll start with a snowshoe tour through the woods of Mt Spokane State Park. Following our adventure, we will head to Big Barn Brewery on Green Bluff to learn about their locally crafted beer and enjoy some tasty beverages to “tap” off the day. *Cost of beer tasting not included
Enjoy a spectacular day of snowshoeing the trails of Mt. Spokane. Great scenery, snow covered trees and hidden cabins will make for a day of memories. After playing in the snow, we will stop for a wine tasting at Townshend Winery. *Cost of wine tasting not included
We'll snowshoe through the snow sparkling forested trails which may open up to spectacular views of the valley below. After our tour we will make our journey to Hierophant Meadery on Green Bluff for an educational tasting of some of Washington's finest Meads. *Cost of mead tasting not included
Moonlight on snow is a magical and memorable experience. Quietly you will explore the meadows and woods around Mount Spokane. Headlamps provided.
December – March
*Our trips are geared towards beginners but having basic xc skiing skills or have taken a lesson prior to this trip is highly recommended. There will be no formal lesson given. We'll provide the guides, skis, and poles!

Mt Spokane's cross country ski area has 60 kilometers to explore with trails for all skill levels!

Explore this beautiful snowy glacial lake that is part of the eight lakes of the Pend Oreille Lake Chain with over 10 miles of trail for all levels of skiers.
Established in 1966 this Geophysical Observatory is just one of 14 observatories the USGS operates worldwide, used to monitor the earth's magnetic field. Also a groomed xc ski trail system with clever twists and turns on trails that make a rather common stretch of forest into a fun-filled time on the snow.
April - October

Enjoy a solitary ramble on this 3 mile moderate hike to Hog Lake. Spring is the best time to visit as you'll likely find the local desert full of blooming wildflowers, migratory songbirds and the lake alive with nesting waterfowl. The geology around this area is incredible!
Hiking trails in Mt Spokane State Park are abundant! We'd be happy to do any trail with you but some of our favorites include: 4 Summits Hike, Round the Mountain Hike, CCC Cabin Hike, and a delicious Huckleberry Hike!
This beautiful hike takes us to the pristine Bead Lake just north of Newport. A moderate hike approximately 6 miles round trip offers amazing views of the glacier carved lake. While on this hike you will travel through an ancient cedar forests, and over some of Bead lake's tributary streams.
Enjoy this guided hike through the desert exploring amazing geological formations, ancient lakes, spring flowers and wildlife. This is a 5-6 mile total out and back hike in scablands with rocky, rolling hills and geological views.
This moderate uphill 4 mile round trip hike will provide us with 360-degree views from its 3,373-foot summit, Antoine Peak Conservation Area provides unique recreational opportunities, protects critical habitat for the region's large mammals, and preserves a critical wildlife corridor that connects the Spokane River Valley with Mount Spokane State Park.
Hike atop Steptoe Butte and take in one of the most 360 beautiful views in the state of Washington. With the option to drive or hike 3.2 miles of a moderate difficult trail to the top – we can choose how to see the views!
Riverside State Park is Washington's second largest state park! With an extensive trail system, we'd be happy to lead the way! A few that we suggest include: Bowl and Pitcher, 7 Mile, Deep Creek and McLellan. *Discover Pass required.
