Red Wagon Meadow

Red Wagon Meadow

About the Space

The Red Wagon Meadow is a sprawling greenspace located along Spokane Falls Boulevard and home to one of Spokane’s most cherished pieces of public art – The Childhood Express. This iconic sculpture is a 12-foot-high, 12-foot-wide, and 27-foot-long replica of the classic Radio Flyer Wagon. Created by artist Ken Spiering, this larger-than-life symbol of childhood is also an interactive play structure with monkey bars and a slide. The Red Wagon Meadow is the perfect location for family gatherings and events.
