Our courtrooms are located on the second floor of the Spokane County Courthouse Annex at 1116 West Broadway in rooms A, B, C and D. A calendar of scheduled hearings is posted at this location daily.

Days and Hours of Operation

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday


The Clerk's Office is closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

The Public Safety Building is closed to the public, but the Clerk's Office is open and able to accept phone calls on the following holidays:

  • Presidents Day
  • Veterans Day

Most of the hearings held in Spokane Municipal Court are digitally recorded. To access the audio recording for a specific hearing:

  • Click on the Search Recordings link below.
  • In the search box at the top of the webpage, type City of Spokane, WA Municipal Court.
  • Locate the desired docket by courtroom, date, and time.
  • Click on the docket and the recording will begin playing.
