Payments & Payment Plans

Payment Plans

Misdemeanors or Gross Misdemeanors: Payment plans for misdemeanor tickets are established by the Judge at time of sentencing.

Infractions – Traffic or Code: You may request a payment plan for an infraction ticket by:

  1. Appearing in person at the Clerk's Office to setup and sign a payment agreement;
  2. Submitting a signed written request via postal mail at 1100 W. Mallon, Spokane, WA 99260;
  3. If you attend a contested or mitigation hearing on the infraction, request the judicial officer to establish a payment plan at that time.

Infractions – Parking: You may request a payment plan for a parking infraction ticket by:

  1. Appearing in person at the Clerk's Office to set up and sign a payment agreement;

  1. Submitting a signed written request via postal mail at 1100 W. Mallon, Spokane, WA 99260;
  2. If you attend a contested or mitigation hearing on the Photo Enforcement infraction, request the judicial officer to establish a payment plan at that time.

Misdemeanor & Gross Misdemeanor Fines, Fees, & Probation Assessments

If your fines, fees, and/or probation assessments are being managed by PAR Acceptance Corporation, please review your payment options at www.parpayonline.com.

If you are assigned a payment plan payable to the Court your options are:

In Person: You may pay your fine in person at the Municipal Court Clerk's Office. Payments can be made with check, cash, or money order made payable to Spokane Municipal Court. Currently, we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments at the Court.

By Mail: Please make your check or money order payable to Spokane Municipal Court and include your ticket number. Remit payment to:

Infractions – Photo Enforcement

In Person: Payments cannot be accepted at the Spokane Municipal Court Clerk's office at this time.

By Credit/Debit Card: Payments using your credit/debit card can be made online at Violation Info. Please have your notice and PIN number available.

By Mail: Please make your check or money order payable to City of Spokane and include your notice number. Remit payment to:
