Marriage Ceremonies

Spokane Municipal Court judicial officers may be available to perform marriage ceremonies at the courthouse at 5:00 p.m. every weekday. The courthouse is closed on weekends and holidays, however judicial officers may perform marriage ceremonies at flexible times at a location of your choosing. There are a limited number of marriage ceremonies available at the courthouse per day, so we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

We do not accept requests that are made more than 8 weeks in advance before the requested date. If your wedding date is more than 8 weeks away, please wait to submit your request.
