Spokane Municipal Court judicial officers may be available to perform marriage ceremonies at the courthouse at 5:00 p.m. every weekday. Check-in for your ceremony will be at 4:45 p.m. The courthouse is closed on weekends and holidays, however judicial officers may perform marriage ceremonies at flexible times at a location of your choosing. There are a limited number of marriage ceremonies available per day, so we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
We do not accept requests that are made more than 8 weeks in advance of the requested date. If your wedding date is more than 8 weeks away, please wait to submit your request.
Once your request has been submitted, a Judicial Assistant will contact you within one week with next steps.
