4:15 p.m. - A homeowner called police to report a female was on the property, which had been lost in the Old Trails Fire, and it appeared she was stealing items.
2:15 p.m. - SPD’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating an unattended death. At this stage in the investigation, the cause and manner of death is unknown.
12 p.m. - Council Members voted unanimously to approve an Executive Order issued by the Mayor declaring an emergency in response to the Spokane Complex Fires.
