Come to this family friendly event and enjoy live music, food trucks and shop local vendors offering everything from fresh produce to baked goods to flowers. This is our second event in the Connect Downtown series!
City staff will be at the night market to discuss Downtown Central, our City’s downtown plan. The new plan will help guide the future of downtown Spokane for the next ten years and beyond!
The Parking Services Department and Nelson/Nygaard will be on hand to discuss the current Downtown and University District Parking Studies. The parking study is helping identify current parking conditions to create opportunities to hear from people who park downtown or in the University District.
Spokane Transit Authority will be at the market to discuss the future Central City Line. This high performance transit line will connect Browne’s Addition to Spokane Community College by way of Downtown Spokane and the University District.
Integrated Capital Management staff will also be on hand to discuss current and future downtown construction projects, including the Post Street Bridge replacement, Riverside Avenue street improvements and the future plaza above the Spokane Falls Boulevard CSO tank.
