Spokane Police are investigating a shooting that occurred today, 2/15/2014, just after 4 p.m. in the 800 block of W. Walton. Officers were on-scene three minutes after the initial call. Witnesses indicated that one male shot another male and fled the scene in a dark colored vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
SPD detectives have cordoned off the scene, are interviewing witnesses and are searching the area for evidence. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Check at 509.456.2233.
