Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives have arrested 23-year-old Andre R. Hallman in connection with the shooting at the Lions Lair on 4/23/14. Detectives have requested charges of 1st Degree Assault (X2) for Hallman.
Through investigative follow-up Hallman was established as a suspect in the shooting. Hallman was arrested this evening at approximately 6 p.m. driving near the intersection of Lyons/Nevada. He was taken into custody by SPD's Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT) without incident and booked into the Spokane County Jail.
