Mr. Scalise has been located. Thank you to everyone that assisted in the effort.

Spokane Police Department is asking for your help in locating a vulnerable, missing adult.

Today, around 1:45pm, Michael A. Scalise went missing from an appointment in the area of 100 W. 5th Ave. Staff at the location have been checking the facility for Mr. Scalise but he has not been located inside. He may have wandered from the location and may be confused as to where he is.

Mr. Scalise has early onset Alzheimer’s and experiences seizures which requires medication to control. On prior incidents when lost, Mr. Scalise has become panicked and frightened which causes him to move quickly.

Mr. Scalise is described as a white male, 59 years old, 5ft-10in tall, around 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray tank top with a Tri-Cities boat logo on the front. He had cut off jean shorts and a Seahawks baseball cap. Mr. Scalise has several distinctive tattoos to include: a unicorn on his right shoulder, a tiger on his left shoulder and a bird on his left bicep. Mr. Scalise also has a scar on his face and leg.
