Join the Spokane Police Department for Community Appreciation Day

The Spokane Police Department (SPD) will be hosting its Community Appreciation day on Saturday, July 13.

This free, family event will be held from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Spokane Community College (1810 N. Greene St.) in the track and field area. Attendees will be able to meet SPD officers and watch demonstrations from the K-9 Unit, Motor Unit and the explosives robot.

Parking for the event is located on the east side of the track and field area.
