SPD Asking For Help Identifying Armed Suspect

Update: Several citizens called in identifying the male in the below press release as Colton J Nordlund 29 year old male. Colton was booked into Spokane County Jail for two counts of Trespass in the 1st degree. Spokane police would like to thank the community for the help identifying the suspect from the attached pictures.

 

Spokane Police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying an armed Suspect approaching houses in the in the 3500 block of E 4th Ave.

On 07/16/2019, around 9:30 p.m., Spokane Police were dispatched to the 3500 block of E 4th Ave. on a reported Suspicious Person armed with knife. Officers arrived on scene and were able to view video of the suspect entering a gated yard and walking up to the door with a knife in hand blade out. The suspect has done this on more than one occasion. The residents did not know this male and he is wanted in connection with this incident.

The attached pictured male appeared to be a W/M, around 35 years of age, between 5’6” and 5’11” tall, with a medium build.
