Major Crimes Detective is asking for help from the community. An armed robbery occurred on September 19, 2019 in the area of 9500 Newport Highway. Detective is looking for additional information or an identity of the suspect.

On September 19, 2019, between 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., a business in the area of 9500 N. Newport Highway was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect displayed a handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the business.

The suspect is a male described as follows: 5’-11” to 6’-1”, 160 to 165 pounds, wearing a dark long sleeve shirt and dark pants.
