The Spokane Police Department will be releasing the body worn camera video of an arrest that took place February 12th 2019, at 5th and Custer.   This arrest involved a pursuit, a K9 application and the arrest of Lucas Ellerman.  The release will take place at 1427 west Gardner at 1:00 pm.
