On 11/21/2019, at about 7 PM, South Side Patrol Units responded to a crash in the 4200 block of South Garfield Street. While en-route to the crash, the Officers were advised this crash was a vehicle vs a house.

Officers arrived on-scene and made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as 66 year old Bradford Hunter. Bradford was uninjured during the crash was but showing several signs of impairment consistent with alcohol.

After the investigation was completed, Bradford was arrested for DUI. A preliminary test showed Bradford about 2.5 times the legal limit for alcohol.

At the time of the crash, there was a family inside the residence. Fortunately the occupants of the residence were uninjured during the crash.

At the time of this release, there was a second DUI crash in the area of Sprague Avenue and Freya Street that just occurred.
