2:53 p.m. - Spokane Police Officers responded to JC Penny’s at NorthTown Mall for a shoplifting incident that spiraled out of control.

DUI Arrest During Separate Investigation

11:49 a.m. - Spokane Police make DUI arrest with the help of Washington State Patrol while conducting a separately involved collision investigation.

Two Vehicle Collision with Substantial Injury

11:48 a.m. - Police respond to a two vehicle collision on the north side in the early evening hours. At least one individual sustained substantial bodily injuries.
